This workshop focuses on learning the essential components of mindfulness and how to incorporate mindfulness skills into your everyday life in order to achieve greater appreciation of the present moment and decreased stress. Practical strategies for developing your own personal relationship with mindfulness will be presented. In addition, we will complete a few mindfulness exercises. This workshop will inspire you to cultivate a new relationship with your internal thoughts and emotions as well as the world around you.
