The Office of University Ceremonies and Special Events strives to create and maintain event policies and procedures for the University of Kansas, specifically for the Lawrence campus.

We design, produce and/or consult on high-profile public outreach programs such as Commencement, Traditions Night, facility ground-breakings and program dedications. We provide oversight to the KU Event Calendar and serve as a resource for event management and planning.
