KU Faculty Development Academies are day-long intensives, focused on a particular topic, giving faculty time to delve deep and develop a core capacity in a chosen area. Participants are welcome to register for as many dates as they’d like. Breakfast, lunch and snacks provided on each academies day.

Join us for Day 1 of KU Faculty Development Academies Week - Research & Discovery - Evolving Scholarship: Adapting through Changes in the Research Landscape

The KU Office of Research plays a pivotal role on campus in providing the collaborative space necessary to transform ambitious ideas into funded initiatives, and to access the strategic tools needed to build programs of research at all levels. The Research and Discovery Academies Day is designed this year to bring faculty together to explore collaborative networking designed to spark innovative, cross-disciplinary partnerships. The day will also provide a forum for discussing emerging trends and updates within the KU research landscape, supporting faculty in remaining at the forefront of discovery.
