This workshop will give researchers a hands-on introduction to leveraging the large distributed computing resources available through the National Research Platform (NRP). Topics covered include Kubernetes concepts, setting up a Nautilus HyperCluster namespace, and deploying, scaling, and automating machine learning and GPU jobs to Kubernetes. This workshop is for you if your research is computing-intensive. While some understanding of cluster computing, software libraries, and package managers (e.g., conda) is helpful, a working knowledge of the Unix-style command line is the only prerequisite.
