This presentation will detail the journey made by Taylor Keen (Omaha / Cherokee) back to his ancestral Indigenous agricultural roots. Keen will discuss the philosophy of “Living Red” as well as a vision for the future of agriculture.
Keen teaches at Creighton University in the Heider College of Business, where he specializes in Business Administration in Strategy and Entrepreneurship. He completed a bachelor’s degree at Dartmoth College, and earned a master’s degre at Harvard University. Keen is a lifelong member of the Omaha Tribe, where he is also known by the name “Bison Mane” within the Earthen Bison Clan. He is also an active citizen of the Cherokee Nation.
