As a young Chinese girl growing up in predominantly Muslim Malaysia, Dianne Lee never imagined that one day she would immigrate to America and earn a seat on four major construction industry boards. She built a successful career amidst challenging stereotypical perceptions and in predominantly male dominated industries, the construction industry. In her book, Dianne shares how she has leveraged every opportunity when faced with challenges to successfully overcome these adversities.
