Building the Nest utilizes evidence-based practices to assist students in developing skills to manage daily life stressors. Stress is a common aspect of life that can sometimes feel overwhelming. The good news is that you have the ability to manage and overcome this stress, and CAPS can help you learn how to effectively use those skills. Over the next four weeks, you will learn techniques for distress tolerance, emotion regulation, mindfulness, and acceptance, and you will begin practicing these skills in your everyday life.
