 ide a broad overview of what is known and unknown about the deconstruction 
 of the US Federal Government resulting from the actions of the Department o
 f Government Efficiency (DOGE). Highlighting the ways that the actions of D
 OGE are standing to fundamentally reform the composition of the federal wor
 kforce\, Resh draws on  CLEAR Dashboard data to highlight the scope and imp
 lications regarding the draining of expert knowledge from federal governmen
 t service. He will also consider additional sources of data presently avail
 able and new data sources being constructed to provide scholars of the US f
 ederal civil service with resources to carry out empirical studies of the i
 mpacts of DOGE actions on public service delivery. Resh will provide some i
 nsights into the types of questions that need to be asked at this time. Reg
