The KU Department of Spanish & Portuguese will host our annual Recognition Ceremony on Thursday, April 25th at 4:00 PM in the KU Union – Big XII Room. The department’s tradition is to host this annual event in order to recognize our graduating seniors and to award our most outstanding Spanish and Portuguese students for their excellent work. We will also celebrate our graduate students for their outstanding teaching and research, and congratulate those who have completed their degrees in our department. For graduating seniors, please invite any friends or family who you would like to bring to the ceremony.

There will be appetizers served after the ceremony, which offers a unique opportunity for your family to meet the professors with whom you have worked during your time studying Spanish and Portuguese at KU.
