After graduating from KU with an industrial design degree, Jason Decker found an opportunity to create custom exterior paint schemes for aircraft at Cessna. Decker had extensive experience in graphic and illustration work, and it turned out to be the doorway to learning more about the world of aviation.

Decker said, “What I find most rewarding about my career is having the opportunity to influence the future of aviation. Collaborating with smart dedicated individuals to solve problems, improve our products and refine our processes is a rewarding experience.”
