Registration is now open for our Fall 2024 Digital Jumpstart Workshops. This event, spread over two afternoons, features workshops, panels, and a keynote talk designed to help instructors integrate the tools and methods of the digital humanities into their classrooms. KU participants will be eligible to apply for $500 stipends from the Center for Teaching Excellence to support the development and implementation of digital humanities assignments into their classes. For full descriptions and information about the course stipends, please visit the Digital Jumpstart Workshops 2024 webpage.

  • Digital Project Assignments: Tool Parade and Jam Session (Danica Savonick) 

  • Digital Mapping Fundamentals: Geospatial Data Modeling and Visualization (Randa El Khatib) 

  • Creating a culture of possibilities and innovation through podcasting assignments (Tami Albin)
