For "World AIDS Day" the Health Education Resource Office is sponsoring free HIV testing for KU students, faculty and staff that is completely free and confidential. Testing is done via cheek swab (no blood or needles) and results are available within 20 minutes. Please refrain from drinking, eating or brushing your teeth for 30 minutes prior to the test. Peer Health Educators will also be onsite to offer free safer sex kits and other sexual health information! Check on at the HIV Testing Table on the 4th floor of the Kansas Union and you will be led to a private testing area.
