Early-career scholars often struggle with finding ways to make their scholarship more visible.  Depositing work in KU ScholarWorks can help.  ScholarWorks is the online institutional repository of scholarly work by faculty, staff and students at the University of Kansas.  Institutional repositories are trusted sources and make it easy for Google and other web search tools to find information in the repository, so items in ScholarWorks are consistently returned in the first page of search results.  Articles in ScholarWorks also automatically appear in Google Scholar profiles within a few days of deposit.  .
