Join us at the Max Kade Center for German-American Studies to celebrate the fall season with Apple Cider, Pretzels, and sweet treats. Play outdoor games like cornhole, ring toss, burrlap sack race and just enjoy the serence environment around the Max Kade Center. This festival is open to all, but also a great opportunity to practice speaking German with students and faculty for those who'd like to.

The Max Kade Center for German-American Studies curates collections on the German-speaking migrant and exile experience in the U.S., fosters interdisciplinary inquiry into causes and effects of transnational migration, and offers a welcoming space for international cultural and academic exchange. The MKC is located at 1134 W 11th St., Lawrence, KS 66044. For more information, please visit our website: maxkade.ku.edu.
