ABOUT THE SPEAKER
LISA TOLLE is a global Human Resources leader with a passion for connecting cultures and empowering young professionals. She brings 19 years of experience in human resources management — including 10 years in the United States and 9 years in China.
In China, Lisa built her career in the IT high-tech industry. After relocating to the U.S., she played a key role in establishing a research and development center for the world’s second-largest global feed machinery manufacturer headquartered in China, supporting its North American expansion strategy. She later served as the HR Leader for a Fortune 60 company in Kansas, overseeing a branch with an annual revenue of $1 billion.
Lisa currently leads the Human Resources function at Soode Kansas Corporation, where she continues to bridge global and local perspectives in workforce development and organizational culture.
She has held the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in the United States for over a decade. Lisa earned her Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from Peking University and her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Software from Sun Yat-sen University.
