Join KU CREES and CGIS for the International Career Series. This month's event will take place on Tuesday January 24th at 4:00pm in Bailey Hall Room 318.
Paul Aldaya, a KU CREES alum, will speak about his experiences and provide advice to students about pursuing a similar professional path.
Lieutenant Colonel Paul Aldaya is a U.S. Army foreign area officer (FAO), currently working as an instructor at the Command and General Staff College in Fort Leavenworth, KS. He is a 2017 graduate of the KU Center for Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies MA program.
His previous jobs include U.S. Embassy postings in Ukraine and Uzbekistan, as well as an assignment to U.S. European Command Headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany. Before becoming a FAO, he deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan, as a UH-60 Blackhawk aviator.
