 udies and the Spencer Museum of Art for our annual Kite Festival. This com
 munity event commemorates the Hamamatsu Kite Festival that occurs each May
  in Japan.  Our three sessions are free and open to the public. It's fun f

 ession 1:   1 PM\n\nSession 2:   2 PM\n\nSession 3:   3 PM\n\n \n\nStep 2:
  Have fun!\n\nDecorate a kite! Fly a kite!\n\nView kite-related art in the
  museum!\n\nLearn the history of kites!\n\nMake a kabuto (Japanese helmet)
