The University of Kansas and the Center for Executive Coaching (CEC) are teaming up to offer an in-person seminar focused on strengthening leadership skills and creating a powerful professional networking community. Over four immersive days on the KU Edwards Campus, participants will complete their Executive Coach Certification while developing coaching skills they can apply immediately.

This one-of-a-kind dual certification from KU and the CEC will be led by Michael Neuendorff, CEC faculty member. Keynote speakers include KU faculty and KU’s chief marketing officer.

This executive coaching program is ideal for:

• Professionals wanting to become an executive coach and use those skills to develop talent, support change, and strengthen leadership across teams
• Current coaches looking to refine their skills in a live environment and connect with other executive coaches to expand their network
• Professionals seeking an accelerated certification path and in-person learning and networking

The seminar begins with a welcome reception on July 20, followed by interactive training for the remainder of the course. The final day (July 24) ends at noon. Instruction includes:

• Team coaching exercises
• Marketing strategies
• Effective messaging
• Best practices for operating your own coaching business
• Individual internal coaching sessions
