My name is Dr. Gabe Lewis-O'Connor, and I am the Associate Director of Choral Studies in the KU School of Music. I would like to host an gathering for the members of KU Glee (CHOR 418/CHOR 718) for an end-of-year picnic. As part of that I would like, if possible, to use the fire pit on the north east downslope of the Campanile hill for this event. I will plan to contact Josh Zielke regarding this portion of the request, if approved by your office. The number of people for the event will not exceed 40, and as the time frame is a 3 hour open house not all of the people invited will attend at the same time.
