The KU Criminal Justice Program in the School of Professional Studies (SPS) is proud to announce the first event in our 2024 Speaker Series- Ray Lundin, KBI (retired) who will present: BTK (Dennis Rader). Lundin was one of the principal investigators on the BTK (Dennis Rader) case, working at the time for the Kansas Bureau of Investigation. Lundin will discuss the case, his involvement and the clues that were left that ultimately led to the capture and conviction of Rader for multiple murders in the Wichita area.
