DESCRIPTION:Every leader succeeds because of the efforts and contributions 
 of their teams\, so coaching those teams for high performance is a critica
 l management skill. High-performance coaching begins by identifying people
 's "starting points"- their career and life ambitions. Then\, it explores 
 the directions in which people need to move to achieve those visions\, and
  the action steps they need to take to do so.\n\n \n\nIn this program\, we
  explore a 6-step coaching process designed to promote growth\, developmen
 t\, and independent thinking. We also examine the 4 C's of coaching conver
 sations. Finally\, we learn a tool to assess the trust levels in working r
 elationships.
