Attend a celebatory opening reception for the 8th annual Design Expo of the Department of Theatre & Dance and be in community with people who make "theatre magic" possible. Join us Sunday, Dec. 8 from 5:30pm to 8:00pm to explore a variety of designs displayed on the Crafton-Preyer Theatre stage. This is the public's chance to ask questions of theatre design majors, some of whom will be showing at regional competition. So, give 'em your best questions!

Displays will include designs completed in theatre courses and in fully realized productions of the University Theatre and University Dance Company. It's a year-in-review, and we hope you can join us for the reception! Refreshments and light hors d'oeuvres provided.

In addition to the opening gala on Sunday, the showcase will be available for viewing Monday, Dec. 9 from 9am-5:00pm and Tuesday, Dec. 10 from 9am-5pm.

Special thanks to the KU Friends of Theatre & Dance (FROTH) for its support of the opening reception.
