Have you ever opened an old book and found that the words had become illegible because the ink had faded, been damaged by water or fire, or even been deliberately erased? With multispectral imaging, we can recapture writings that are not visible to the naked eye but have left chemical traces on the page. In this hands-on workshop, participants will be introduced to full spectrum digital cameras and free software they can use to make visible hidden writings.
