Dr. Rodrigo Medellin is a Mexican ecologist and Senior Professor of Ecology at the University of Mexico.  Known for his work in mammal conservation, this Science On Tap lecture will focus on the role of bats in the pollination of agave plants, including those used to produce mezcal, a type of tequila.
