About the Speaker:
Lori Locust is a trailblazing football coach and leader who inspires others—especially women—to trust their experience, take courageous action, and pursue new opportunities at any stage of life.
 
She made history as the first woman to win Super Bowl LV as a coach with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and as the first woman hired as a position coach in the National Football League. She has also coached with the Tennessee Titans and began her NFL journey as an intern with the Baltimore Ravens.
 
Through her story of resilience and leadership, Lori challenges audiences to embrace change, trust the pivot, and pursue their purpose—no matter the timing.
