Have an idea for a digital project, but unsure of how to get from the concept to the product? Unsure of how the next phase of your pilot project should evolve? Regardless of what stage you are at in project development, it is important to have a plan as to how you are getting from one iteration of your project to the next. In this workshop, we will discuss how to develop a roadmap for getting your project from point A to point B. We will consider your goals, your audience, and your desired output and explore how your project might evolve. As a group, we will work through creating project planning documents to help you create a manageable to-do list and timeline for your project. This workshop is designed to address issues of project planning for digital projects at any stage.
