In honor of Disability Awareness Month, join the Emily Taylor Center for Women & Gender Equity and The Spencer Museum for ZINE NIGHT @ THE MUSEUM on Thursday 3/2, from 6 pm - 7:30 pm.

We will each work on an 8.5" x 11" page exploring the themes of disability, ableism, gender, and feminism for inclusion in a collaborative zine project, titled Disability Justice is a Feminist Issue.

This collaborative zine project is meant to complement the 2022-2023 KU Common Book Program, which features Disability Visibility: First-Person Stories from the Twenty-First Century, edited by Alice Wong.

SAVE THE DATE

All contributors to Disability Justice is a Feminist Issue are invited to participate in our Release & Reflection event on Thursday 4/13.

ACCOMMODATIONS
