In “Feminism is for Everybody,” bell hooks invites us to “Imagine living in...a world of peace and possibility.” Likewise, feminist artist and activist Yoko Ono encourages us to “THINK PEACE, ACT PEACE, SPREAD PEACE, IMAGINE PEACE” because “PEACE IS POWER.”

The Emily Taylor Center for Women & Gender Equity, in collaboration with the KU Department of Design’s Colorbar, invites your participation in IMAGINE PEACE, a collaborative Risograph-printed zine project, for release and reflection at Paper Plains Zine Fest #3.

To participate in the zine project, join us for Zine Night at the RISOLAB on Tuesday 4/16 from 6 - 7:30 pm in Chalmers Hall 203C. During this collage workshop, contributors will each work on an 8.5” x 11” page in response to the prompt IMAGINE PEACE.

No registration required. No prior zine making or Risograph experience necessary.
